About our Business
Being a fan isn’t just about creative consumption, it’s about community and connection; working in the industry should also align with that. We want to make it clear that part of development in any context is understanding the humans around us, connecting with resources, and building an active support system. At Executive Fan, our goal is to provide a services tailored to elevate both the career and well-being in the music, content (influencer), and sports industries, while also building community to relieve stress from those who make up their teams.
We prioritize efficiency and collaboration, each service launched by Executive Fan will bridge the gaps that have been created by the eat what you kill mentality. We want to work with you, instead of competing with you.
As a woman-owned company, built by Millennial and Gen Z founders, we represent the future of the industry and that future is going to refuse to ignore the nuances of the human behind the talent. Collectively, the founders have worked in 16 different departments across music, sports, and content over the past five years; regardless of the role “caring” has been seen as a negative, it’s time for that to change and we want to be that change.

Support Summit
Support Summit is designed to bring together creatives, athletes, entertainment professionals, students, and industry leaders for a dynamic, immersive experience centered around wellness, professional development, and career growth. The summit will feature a blend of workshops, panels, keynote speeches, and networking events designed to meet the needs of professionals across high-pressure industries while also aiding in the development of more effective support systems.

Professional Development
Executive Fan is creating a series of interactive professional development workshops covering topics relating to Mental Health, Wellness, Substance Use, Harm Reduction, Violence, Trauma, Grief, and Criminal Justice/Reentry. These workshops will be available for higher education institutions, internal talent teams, management companies, studio facilities, labels, agencies, etc. These can be facilitated in person or virtually for talent, interns, executives and everyone in between. We want to make it clear that part of professional development is understanding the humans around us, connecting with resources, and building an active support system.

Student Engagement
The Executive Fan Campus Chapter program is designed to create a network of student-led chapters on college campuses that focus on promoting wellness, professional development, and career preparation for students pursuing careers in entertainment industries (music, sports and content). This program encourages students to engage with their peers, develop leadership skills, and contribute to building a healthier, more supportive culture for future talent.

Personal Development
Who Am I focuses on building a solid foundation from the beginning. Early career talent and professionals are in need of holistic development that addresses both authentic branding and wellness. Through our consulting services, we build a digital encyclopedia about you which may include information on wellness and self-care, personality type and traits, brand alignment, goals, travel preferences and loyalty programs. We aid in creating the strategies that will lead you into your vision of future self.
